Certain treatments, including weight management and GLP-1–based programs, may be offered through a subscription plan. These subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
Patients are responsible for managing, pausing, or canceling their subscription before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. You can manage your subscription directly through your CuritaRx account or by contacting our support team.
While refunds are generally not offered, CuritaRx may review requests on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
